We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with amazing views of the lake and mountains from our balcony. The hotel facilities were great, especially the trip with a boat from the hotel which was a unique experience. We also appreciated the infrastructure for kids, made our family trip more fun. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.
Nothing bad to say.

1. We tried to modify rez here and after several tries, finallly got okay; but hotel for 100+ guests had less than 10 while we were there. Why the difficulty in modifying rez? 2. HOTEL RESTAURANT FOOD NOT GOOD, AND WAITER PLAYED A RECORDING OF A ROCK CONCERT IN MAIN DINING ROOM THROUGHOUT EVENING MEAL. WE ASKED FOR TANGO OR JAZZ MUSIC, HE SAID OKAY, THEN CONTINUED PLAYING ROCK CONCERT MUSIC, COMPLETE WITH CROWDS CHEERING AND CHANTING, ETC., ETC., ETC.

The warmth, friendliness and helpful staff. The security in the building. Proximity to sites and supermarket. Yet the quietness in the hotel. Quaint design.
Our room was close to kitchen and reception. This created some noise issues. Choose a room farther from reception and you will be fine

Celebrating the new year in this hotel was great! The views from the rooms were stunning, and we were able to enjoy the pool area while listening to music. The location was perfect for us since it was just a short drive from the city center and offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The bar service by the pool was also a plus, and we loved being able to catch some sun while sipping on some refreshing drinks.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room decor was outdated and could use a bit of freshening up.

We really loved staying at this place by the lake. The location is absolutely stunning, with the mountains serving as a beautiful backdrop. The hotel offers a range of services, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views overlooking the lake. Despite the language barrier, the staff were always helpful and eager to assist us. The on-site restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices, and the hotel amenities, such as the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, were a nice bonus. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to this area.

The hotel had breathtaking views of a large body of water. the rooms were spacious with balconies that overlooked the beautiful gardens. There was a good variety of food and drinks in their restaurant. the hotel was in close proximity to key attractions, just a short drive away. It was a perfect place to de-stress and relax.
The spa facilities were quite disappointing. It seemed unclean and the staff member that attended to us was not friendly;
